Area Pricing:

Room:	$48.00	No Furniture Moving. Less than 225 sq. ft. Adjacent rooms such as Living room/Dinning room are priced as 2 rooms. Rooms larger than 225 sq. ft. are priced by (sq. ft. divided by 225 times room rate.)
	$55.00	Furniture Moving - (Large Furniture will not be moved.)
Water Extraction:	$30.00	No Furniture Moving. Less than 225 sq. ft.
Hallway:	$35.00	Less than 70 sq. feet
Entry ways:	$28.00	Less than 50 sq. ft.
Stairway:	$40.00	13 Steps (3 feet wide) plus on landing
Area Rug:	$35.00	Up to 120 sq. ft.
Stain Protector:	$45.00	Carpet must be totally clean & free of stains to apply.

Spot Pricing:
