Walk Through

We will do a walk through with you to confirm areas to be cleaned and any spots that need special attention. (additional charges may apply for spot cleaning)

Furniture Moving

Unless you want us to move your furniture, please move as much of it out of the was as possible.

If you choose to have us move your furniture, the utmost care is exercised. Moisture resistant blocks are placed under all legs to avoid rust or furniture stains. Furniture moving has a separate rate. Some furniture we will not move. For example china hutches, entertainment centers and pianos, etc..

The Cleaning Process

We thoroughly vacuum the areas to be cleaned
We pre-treat carpets with a biodegradable solution for maximum soil suspension.
We then steam clean the carpets using our extractor (300cfm) that removes the soil and lifts the pile of your carpets fibers.
Finally we rake the carpet fibers to stand vertical for optimal drying and to remove swirl pattern from extractor.

The Cleaning Method

Rinse-N-Vac - Rinses and removes soil within the limited capabilities. Extraction power seldom reaches 2 horsepower.

Dry cleaning - Actually an updated "Bonnet" cleaning system , with no extraction capability.. Surface cleaning method relying on a sponge pad to absorb soil. This process can fray the carpet tips.

Steam cleaning - Thorough extraction of abrasive soil and residue using pressures ranging from 150- 500 PSI and a 7.2" 3-stage vacuum which provides a deeper cleaning, and leaves carpets dryer.

After Cleaning Care

Immediately following the cleaning of your carpet, some simple precautions should be taken for best results.

For health and safety, keep children and pets off cleaned carpet until completely dry.
Keep traffic to a minimum on the carpet until it is completely dry. CAUTION: Walking from a wet carpet to a hard surface can be very slippery.
Do not remove any pads or blocks the cleaning technician may have placed under your furniture until the carpet is completely dry. This will prevent rust spots or stains from the furniture.
Drying time may be longer if a Protector was applied after cleaning. Keep traffic to a minimum for 24 hours.
Drying times are affected by the following factors: humidity, the density of your carpet and ventilation. Drying time can vary from four (4) to as much as twenty-four (24) hours in extremely cold or humid conditions.
